The Lord Is With You.

The Lord is with you

2 Chronicles 15:2 And he went out to meet Asa, and said unto him, Hear ye me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin; The LORD [is] with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.

It is natural that when you are with someone or something, that thing is also with you. The omnipresent nature of God makes it possible for Him to be everywhere. Though He is everywhere, not with everyone.
God being holy, and He also expects us to be holy, dwells only in a holy place. Knowing the full nature of God, how great He is, God being with you is a great privilege to you.

Like I said earlier, He is not with everyone, though He is everywhere. From our bible passage, you can find out that it said that, “The Lord is with you, but it didn’t stop there, it continues by saying, while you are with Him. This second part should be your main focus, because it is the criteria for the first to occur.
Are you with Him?

Those of you in a relationship, you are with someone and that person is with you. A relationship is not one sided something, your partner must be with you, and you with your partner.
Such illustration is not different in our dealings with God. Our God is a God of relationship.

The question I asked earlier, “Are you with Him?” is simply, are you in relationship with God?
Relationship is about spending time with each other.

The foundation of our relationship with God is holiness, not a personal form of holiness, but holiness which comes from you accepting Jesus Christ.

God yearns for a relationship with Him, that is why He is always available to any who is ready for a relationship with Him.

Don’t go around shouting, “The Lord is with me,” check your life, are you with Him?

God being with a man comes with a lot of privileges and makes such a man not an ordinary being. Think about this, the presence of the Almighty dwelling with you.

God is everywhere, make yourself available for Him to be with you.
