According to the dictionary, Evil can be defined as “Intending to harm; malevolent, or something or someone that is morally corrupt.
In every phase of our life we might have witnessed something very evil, that might have changed our attitude toward certain things or people.
Unrest, pain, and sorrow are the shadows of life. There is no heart in all the world that has not felt the sting of pain.
Consider these questions:
•Is there, then no way of escape from pain and sorrow?
•Are permanent happiness, security, prosperity, and abiding peace just a foolish dream?
Answer: The beginning of the way that leads to this glorious realization is acquisition of a right understanding of the nature of evil.
All evil is corrective and remedial and is therefore not permanent. Ignorance can be seen as the main cause of evil. People remain in evil, because they are not willing or prepared to learn the lesson that it came to teach them.
Wisdom takes place when the lessons of evil are fully learned, ignorance passes away. Evil is a passing phase, a self created shadow. When you have fully entered into this realization, you will be in a position to mold your own circumstances and to transmute all evil into good.
