When you hear communicable, what first comes to your mind is disease. But beyond disease, there is something more communicable.
Being communicable means contagious, transferable, able to be transmitted between people of species.
Habits and characters are formed at this stage of your life as a teenager. This is when characters or habits are developed, that carry you through life.
Know that disease is not only communicable, but habits are also communicable, but in habits, something is highly communicable. That is why your association matters a lot in life, those who you mingle with, those who you spend your time with.
The question is, what is highly communicable?
Anything evil, bad, unpleasant can spread as wild fire.
Considering disease, it is not pleasant at all, it is bad, and that is what is highly communicable, but good health can’t be transfered; what a world!!!
People are easily influenced by negative things than positive.
“Evil is highly contagious”
That is why “1 Corinthians 15:33 Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.”
From this verse, you can see that evil influences good, rather than good influencing evil; evil has a greater effect and domineering power. This does not mean that good habits don’t influence, it does, but it takes much time than evil.
This is a call to everyone to know their company, be mindful of evil, and be watchful of any evil attitude.
Check this:
•This is why a smoker can easily influence a non- smoker when living together.
•This is also why bad news spreads faster that the good news.
•It takes years to build a good reputation, but a minute to destroy it with evil character .
“Evil is deadly, and highly communicable”
